The Principal Judge, Hon Justice Dr Flavian Zeija, is closing the induction of the newly recruited and promoted Judicial Officers at Colline Hotel in Mukono.

"This was to remind you of the ethics, values, traditions and culture of the Judicial Office. If there is something you should strive for, it is to have people desire you when you leave a place. People are observing how much output you are producing, unlearn any bad practices that you may have," he said.

The Executive Director Hon. Lady Justice Damalie N. Lwanga thanked the Principal Judge for making time to close the induction. "This one week has been well spent with fruitful deliberations and lively participation. She added that, their small number has enabled them all to air their views and get guidance from the trainers. "Their sharing of experiences was a remarkable moment that enabled them all learn from one another. We are positive that the members are going to implement what they have learnt during this induction," she noted.

HW Kinobe Rogers, who spoke on behalf of the trainees thanked the Judiciary management for the funds availed for this timely training. "We are only five months into service and this training has been done at a time when we hadn't made many mistakes. We've picked important lessons from specialized trainers in a serene environment," he said.
